Currently, we only deliver to the UK.

If you’re in a country we don’t yet deliver to, let us know! We want to be able to make our products available to as many of you as we possibly can, as soon as we can.

 


Shipping to UK

Shipping cost: Free Express Delivery on all orders

Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days for Free Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24). Please note, for the fastest possible experience using Express delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm GMT Monday – Friday. Orders will usually arrive within 24 hours from when you receive your tracking email.

Courier: All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via Royal Mail’s fully tracked service, and you will be sent an email with your tracking number at point of shipping.

Outside the UK mainland: orders are shipped via Royal Mail and can take up to 5 working days. Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.

 

Shipping to the EU and the rest of the world

Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver outside of the UK and EU. However, if you’re in a country we don’t yet deliver to, let us know! We want to be able to make our products available to as many of you as we possibly can.


General delivery information

Despatch of orders: We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3pm, same day. After 3pm your order will be despatched by 3pm the next day. Please note that this may not be possible during busy periods. We regret that we cannot make any amendments to purchase orders once confirmed.

Using a different delivery address: If you don’t think you’ll be at home, or want more flexibility with your order to make sure you receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.

If you’re not in: Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

If there are delays: We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If it has been longer than 14 days and you are still yet to receive your order, contact us. In the event an order has still not arrived after 21 days we will send out a replacement order free of charge.

How to return or exchange your order – Online returns policy

If for any reason you want to return something or exchange it for a different size or colour, you can do so within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale items).

Please note: If you are unable to return an unwanted item due to disruption caused by Covid-19, we will honour a late return as long as it meets the other terms of our returns policy (please see below). Contact our customer services team if you have further questions.

If your product is faulty please contact customer services as soon as possible who will be able to assist you.

Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with all the labels, tags and any security devices or seals intact.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage and/or recorded delivery in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of charge.

 

UK

Follow the instructions on the returns slip enclosed with your order. Please complete and enclose the returns slip including your order number, indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund adding any comments you may have for us. Please do tell us why you are returning or exchanging the item so that we can aim to improve our service and product range in future.

If you no longer have the returns slip, please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return. Include whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Postage charges for returning goods are your responsibility: Please request a proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
